Established in 2002, VIROJ WELDTRONICS entered PVC scenario as a manufacturer of H. F. PVC welding, PP and Ultrasonic sealing machines.

We design & manufacture machines according to our customer requirement and bring high tech products to industry to make it more competitive in the growing economy.
Our line of production includes Manual, Semi-automatic & Fully automatic H.F. PVC welding machines up to 12KW range, PP & Ultrasonic sealing machines. The Highlights of these machines include a Solid state relay which results in power saving & noise free operation and an overload circuitry which protects costly electron tubes. Viroj has also achieved an ambitious milestone by introducing a solid state Arc Suppressor which with its powerful functionality prevents any damage to welding electrode. We have also introduced Touch Panel and PLC Logic in the automatic range of machines. The highlight of this PLC based auto indexing machine is the servo motor logic and PLC controlled standard gap logic which helps in increasing production.
