Salient features of this machine are:
• All switches and operation parameters can be set easily by one touch on the TOUCH SCREEN.
• More impressions per minute than conventional machines.
• Production speed is always displayed on the top of the touch screen (Number of impressions per minute).
• Standard Gap (Distance the press travels in upward direction after welding process is completed) can be controlled by selecting a value on the touch screen. Operator can set any value between 10- 50 mm for upward movement of the die as per the need.
• Lesser Maintenance & lesser electric consumption.
• Indexing length can be easily be set on the touch screen itself.
• It has an I/O Check function, which can help service engineers to find the machine problems without wasting time.
• It has Multipurpose set counter system. This allows the operator to set the quantity for stop production. After reaching the required quantity machine automatically stops. Touch screen also displays the total production quantity.
• Machine production speed can be set easily by increasing or decreasing Indexing speed on the touch screen as per material thickness and stiffness.
• Optionally power consumption (units consumed) can be displayed on the touch screen & welding energy can be controlled / set by feeding the value on touch screen.
• A highly interactive system helps in locating the problems, if there is some thing wrong in the main control circuit. The PLC System makes it easier to control the machine with 99% less break down time and almost “0%” maintenance.
Applications : Products that can be manufactured on the machine are book & diary covers, danglers, folders, inner pages of photo albums and visiting card holders etc.
