A shuttle tray system has left and right sliding trays which act as feeding stations. One tray is loaded while other is being sealed. This technique optimizes production. Shuttle trays also facilitate accurate positioning of products with the help of gauges.The high pressure required for welding is provided by pneumatically driven welded press. HYDRAULIC POWER PACK FOR WELDING CAN BE PROVIDED.
Applications: - : For files, sunvisors, blister to blister packaging (toothbrush), inflatables and for seat cover embossing
